This is a wiki dedicated to the SAR (Search And Rescue) community in the Mediterranean standing in solidarity and helping people on the move. The idea is to collect knowledge and information about past events, incidents and political campaigns to help understand the changing environment during the last years.
The SARwiki is a project of the civilMRCC. The civilMRCC has it’s own wiki to help organizations involved in sea rescue share and coordinate their work. In contrast, the SARwiki is dedicated to collect events from the past.
This wiki is currently an internal research database for the community only. We hope to be able to publish articles for public use soon.
